Appointing Joseph Card Ensign in the 4th Regiment, 2nd Brigade and 8th Division of the Militia of the Commonwealth comprehending the counties of Lincoln, Hancock and Washington. Dated July 4th, 1791. SIZE: Sight size: 11-1/2″ x 15-1/2″. CONDITION: The document was folded and the folds are apparent along with tape,glue marks at the folds that are discolored. Foxing.
