This quality brass-bound example with three-dimensional carvings overall, with top panel and front depicting royal processions in a country setting, the opposing ends carved with a stag and a wild dog, the case mounted with brass carrying handles. SIZE: 19-1/2″ h. x 40-1/2″ l. x 20″ d. PROVENANCE: From a fine Beacon Hill and Thomaston estate. CONDITION: In very good original condition. All brass mounts are in place. 9-93648 (600-800)
