QUALITY LEADED GLASS WINDOW DEPICTING CINDERELLA. Circa 1900. A pictorIal leaded window in blues and greens, showing a life-like female figure with a melancholy expression seated in front of a hearth with a kettle hanging in the fireplace. Rendered in deep, rich colors, some areas enhanced with cased glass in the manner of Lane and Tiffany. SIZE: Window: 20″ x 33″ sight. PROVENANCE: From and East Sangerville, Maine private collection. Acquired in Brunswick, Maine in the 1970’s. CONDITION: Glass is bowed in areas within fireplace, one area of marbleized glass with cracks upper left facing of pot, other small areas with minor cracks and some separation of leading. Overall very good. Now mounted in a later frame. 9-94667 (800-1,200)
