ADELAIDE PALMER (American, 1851-1928) GRAPES AND ORANGES. Oil on canvas tabletop scene shows a clear glass compote filled with oranges with red and purple grapes. Some of the fruit has spilled onto the table and there is green leaf grapevine attached. Signed lower right and dated “1905”. Housed in what appears to be its original gesso decorated gilt frame with gilt liner. SIZE: 22″ x 16″. CONDITION: Cleaned with very minor spot inpainting. 9-92681 (3,000-5,000)
