Picture depicts a blonde haired male golfer blasting a shot out of a sand trap with a large crowd behind him. A scene depicting the Masters Golf Championship. Signed lower right “L. Anthony”. Housed in a modern black and gold frame with two inner lined windows. One displaying the drawing and the other displaying the Cross Pen advertisement. Accompanying the piece is a five fold brochure depicting this advertisement highlighting this drawing. Also a three-fold promotional brochure outlining the Masters Golf Tournament, and its winners from 1934-1965. Also a contemporary color photograph of the artist and his wife outside their Lincoln, Rhode Island home. An outstanding example of sporting art relating to the golf industry and its premier championship event. PROVENANCE: Acquired directly from the artist. SIGHT SIZE: Drawing is 12-1/2” x 15-1/4”.
