EARLY AMERICAN PINE HOODED CRADLE IN ORIGINAL GREEN AND MUSTARD PAINT WITH DELICATE STYLIZED FOLIATE BORDERS. Of rectangular form, the canted hooded top above conforming bowed ends and sides raised on rockers. The whole in original green paint with foliate details. The interior in mustard paint. PROVENANCE: From a private Leominster, MA collector. Purported to originate in Concord, NH and handmade by a craftsman of coaches and sleighs. SIZE: 25-1/2” h x 22” w x 43-1/2 l.
