FINE VICTORIAN STYLE FRENCH BANQUET TABLE. Split top oval table has an outstanding carved base with four scrolled legs with deep carving ending in caster feet. Additional turned legs are held in the center of the column for leaf support. Four original unfinished leaves accompany table. Appears to be in oak. Circa 1870. PROVENANCE: Vouzelaud Family – France/Stockton Springs, Maine. SIZE: Leaves are 19” each. 28” h x 55” d c 49” w (closed) x 125” (open w/ leaves). CONDITION: Very good. 9-71278 (1,500-2,500)
