FINE EARLY CHIPPENDALE MAHOGANY COLLECTOR’S CABINET. The hinged front door having a raised panel concealing an eight drawer interior raised on an original bracket base. The molded edge top with slight overhang has original bale handle. The drawers with contents including microscope slides, etc. There is a sticker on the inside of the top drawer “The Collection of John E. Dupont No. 2167”. Second half of the 18th Century. SIZE: 16” h x 11” w x 8” d. CONDITION: Some roughness to top edge side, otherwise very good. 9-70249 (800-1,200)
