SEVEN PIECE HISTORIC STAFFORDSHIRE TEA SET IN THE “CHANCELLOR LIVINGSTON” PATTERN. Each piece having a motif of an American sail and steam ship. Ship has large boilers with central stack and side wheel flying American flag. Bottom of the saucers are impress marked “E Wood & Sons Burslem”. Border in a flower and leaf scroll design. Lot consists of: 6-1-2” covered teapot; 6-1/2” covered sugar bowl; 5” creamer; Three 5-3/4” dia saucers; 3-1/2” dia handless cup. PROVENANCE: From a Downeast, Maine Collection. CONDITION: Slight roughness to interior rim of sugar bowl, teapot with old cracks which are evident on the inside, otherwise very good. 9-70412 (800-1,200)
