RARE REGENCY TORTOISE SHELL TEA CADDY. First quarter of the 19th C. Octagonal form, the hinged lid with silver mount fitted to the conforming case. Interior fitted with lid on a slanted plinth raised on suppressed ball feet with silver escutcheon. SIZE: 5-3/4″ h x 6-1/2″ dia.
