*SCARCE EAGLE “L” POLICE LUGER. Cal. 9mm. Usual configuration, 4” bbl. 1941 chamber date with Mauser banner on toggle link and police sear safety. Full checkered wood grips and a matching numbered aluminum base “fxo” magazine with Waffenampt 37 proof. Right side of receiver is stamped with a small eagle and “L”. SN 1657y. CONDITION: Very good, as refinished. All matching, including magazine and grips. Grips show moderate wear with some chipped diamonds on left side. Bright shiny bore. 4-48672 JR497 (2,000-3,500)
