CLASSICAL CARVED MAHOGANY SERPENTINE FRONT CARD TABLE. Probably Salem, Mass., Samuel McIntire Shop, Circa 1820. Hinged fold over top with bowed center section and turret corners above a mahogany veneered apron. Water leaf carved and tapering reeded legs ending in a ball foot. Leaf punched decoration at carving at top of front legs. Top edge is reeded. Swing out back leg receives fold over top. SIZE: 29-1/2” h x 38-1/2” w x 17-1/2” d. CONDITION: Some restoration to swing arm where it meets the leg, otherwise very good. 9-94002 (2,500-4,000)
