HENRY MODEL 1860 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 44RF Henry. Usual configuration with 24” oct bbl, integral magazine tube, nickel front sight blade with 900-yd ladder rear sight. It has uncheckered stock with factory sling swivels and a pronounced Henry bump with crescent brass buttplate with trap containing a four piece-jointed iron and brass wiping rod. Bbl markings are sharp. SN 9058. CONDITION: Very good, bbl retains 20-25% original blue in the gullets with the balance a dark brown plum patina. The swivel end of bbl was cleaned in the past and is now beginning to patinate. The receiver was cleaned and polished a long time ago and is now a light mustard patina. The magazine spring is a replacement. The stock is sound, all matching and retains a nice even dark hand patina. The bore is dark with good rifling and fine pitting. 4-49871 JR141 (10,000-15,000)
