PRESCOTT NAVY REVOLVER. Cal .38. 7-1/2” oct bbl. Matching numbers. Marked “E. A. PRESCOTT. WORCESTER . MASS. / PAT’D.OCT.2. 1860” on top of bbl. This variety has long thin bbl and the long cylinder (1 9/32”). SN 535. CONDITION: Traces of blue near the frame on bbl and traces of heavily tarnished silver on the trigger guard. Grip frame is slightly bent so the grips do not fit properly. Grips are battered at the base and around the screw but retain most of the varnish. Mechanically good. 4-49700 FS202 (350-600)
