CANE: OUTSTANDING FOLK ART CARVED SNAKE CANE. This root cane depicts truly lifelike snake coiled around the shaft of the cane. The body is painted with brown and tan splotched coloration. The head and mouth at the top of the cane are carved, having tack eyes. Late 19th or early 20th C. SIZE: 32″ l. CONDITION: Generally very good, some minor scuffs. 9-92357 (2,500-3,500)
