SMITH & WESSON NEW MODEL #3 FRONTIER REVOLVER. Cal. 44 Win (44-40). Blued finish, 6-1/2” keyhole ribbed bbl with 2-pc S&W logo hard rubber grips. Serial number is followed with a star indicating factory refinish. According to records this was accomplished in February 1927. SN 263. CONDITION: Near excellent as refinished retaining about all of its restored finish. Grips show moderate to heavy wear turning chocolate.
