REGENCY MAHOGANY BRACKET CLOCK. Circa 1830. The lyre-form crest with molded cornice above the rectangular case, centering an enameled dial with Roman numeral chapter ring, centering a time-and-strike aperture, centered by filigreed ormolu spandrels; the brass, double-train, chiming, fusee-driven, 8-day movement totally restored; the whole on a conforming plinth with sloping sides, raised on scrolling cast-brass feet. SIZE: 23″ h. x 15-3/4″ overall w. x 10-3/4″ overall d. CONDITION: Works fully restored, case refinished, enameled dial in need of restoration. 9-95428 (1,800-2,200)
