*SAVAGE MODEL 99 G LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 300 Savage. SN 301577. Take down version of the G model with 24″ tapered rnd bbl, pedestal front sight and sheet metal rear sight. It has nicely figured American walnut with checkered schnable tip forearm and capped pistol grip stock with serrated steel buttplate. CONDITION: Fine. Retains 93-95% orig blue overall, thin on the bottom of the receiver with some light scratches. Wood is sound and retains most of an old sanded refinish. Lever retains about 90% case colors, faded on the outside edge. Good mechanics, bright shiny bore. 4-54391 JR89 (300-500)
