The scene shows two hunting dogs flushing two woodcock. A hunter fires and hits one. Housed in a modern, black and gold frame. REF. Conningham No.148. SIGHT SIZE: 22-1/4” x 29-3/4”. CONDITION: Restored, very good with strong colors. Not examined out of frame. 2) “Flush’d” After a painting by A.F.Tait. On stone by Ch. Parsons. Scene shows two hunting dogs, one at point in wooded area having flushed a partridge with another bird on ground. Housed in an antique, black painted, wood molded frame. REF. Conningham No.149. SIGHT SIZE: 20-1/2” x 29-1/2”. CONDITION: Some restoration, upper margin tear, with some old tape mark shadows present. Good color. Not examined out of frame 3) “On a point” After a painting by A.F. Tait. On stone by Ch. Parsons. The scene shows two hunting dogs at point with a small group of partridge nestled amongst flowers and grass. Housed in a modern, black painted, molded wood frame. REF. Conningham No.150. SIGHT SIZE: 21” x 28-3/4”. CONDITION: Strong colors, some restoration in sky. Very good. Not examined out of frame 4) “Retrieving” ” After a painting by A.F. Tait. On stone by Ch. Parsons. Scene shows two hunting dogs, one standing in water retrieving a recently shot bird, the other dog at point in front of another bird, A hunter stands in tall grass.
