*RARE RUGER NEW MODEL BLACK HAWK SINGLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 45 Colt. SN 47-45013. Usual appearance with 5-1/2″ barrel with adjustable sights. It has 2-pc black eagle wood grips with a very rare cased colored frame. The factory catalog number is BN-455C. This model was an in-house market study sample, of which only a few were ever made, probably less than 25. The entire production remained in the warehouse shipping dept. for several years and were eventually sold to employees. Mr. Owens’ nephew was an employee and obtained one for the collection. It is accompanied by its original black and yellow box with owner’s manual, questionnaire and warrantee card. It also has its original cardboard shipping sleeve with original label intact. CONDITION: As new, appears to be unfired and unturned. Retaining virtually all of its bright factory finish to both metal and grips. The box is fine and the shipping sleeve is fine with some light soil. 4-53010 JR696 (1,000-1,500)
