TWO STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-DECORATED PLATES. Mid-19th century. The first a dark blue example, the central cartouche depicting a hunter with his dogs within a border of swags and flowerheads. The second decorated with a polychrome sprig and displayed eagle on urn, all on a cream ground within a two-toned blue grapevine and scrolling leaftip border, underglaze mark “FLENSBURG” and impressed mark “WARRANTED”. SIZE: Each 9″ dia. CONDITION: Both in overall good condition, showing normal wear and discolorations. 9-95205 (150-250)
