FULL-BODY COPPER RUNNING HORSE WEATHERVANE ATTRIBUTED TO HARRIS & CO. Second half 19th century. The vane with zinc head and molded copper body, with extended sheet mane and flowing tail. Vane comes with its original directionals and pole. SIZE: 18″ overall h. x 27-1/2″ l. of horse. CONDITION: With nice old patina, brown tones to head. Multiple repaired bullet holes to body, with dents, crease in tail at hindquarters, base rod bent at front support. 9-90965 (2,000-3,000)
