MAHOGANY ENGLISH TALL CLOCK SIGNED LATORU, REDRUTH. Fancy mahogany case having a bracket base, turned side columns and well figured mahogany veneers. Nice rosewood banding throughout. Brass works having a rocking eye movement which is displayed on the top of the dial as lion’s eyes. Hood having a scrolled pediment with matching columns and rosewood banding. Dial having animals at four corners and a large lion with recently killed deer in tropical landscape. Dial having two keyholes with date dial and seconds dial. Key, weights and pendulum present.
