This early 20th century plaque, reminiscent of the works of Pennsylvania artist George Stapf depicts spread-winged eagle with detailed feathering and clasping a polychromed red, white & blue shield with carved stars and stripes. With draped banners and crossed arrows beneath. The eagle painted in gold. SIZE: 24”w. CONDITION: A couple of minor very old chips on the backside, otherwise very good to excellent condition. 9-28057 (1,250-2,250)
