FINE COIN SILVER THREE PIECE TEA SET. Mid 19th Century coin silver set consists of: 8-1/2” covered sugar; 7” h footed creamer and 9-1/2” footed teapot. Unmarked but appears to be American. Each piece having a Rococo influenced design with a 3/4” band of acorns and thistles with trailing vines, gadrooned edges and a top area with shell and water leaf motif. PROVENANCE: From a Downeast, Maine Collection. WEIGHT: 51 tr. oz. CONDITION: Very good. 9-70438 (1,500-2,500)
