PAINT DECORATED BLANKET CHEST. The six board blanket chest supported by four turned feet is decorated in blue paint with red painted panels having black highlighting to simulate mahogany. Dovetailed case, interior fitted with lidded till. Decoration to sides, front and top. Probably of Virginia origin. SIZE: 21-1/4” h x 35” w x 17” d.
