AMPHORA EWER. Outstanding Amphora ewer is beautifully decorated with a center insect with black body and white wings highlighted in gold. Insect is within a gold medallion and sided by two lovely light blue flowers. Bottom of vase is decorated with a rich green background highlighted with creamy opalescent grapes. Handle, lip and foot are decorated in gold. Impressed on underside “Amphora Austria” with a crown mark and “590” as well as “41”. SIZE: 7-3/4” t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-64090 (1,750-2,250)
