BRONZE BUST OF A GENTLEMAN BY JOHN MASSEY RHIND (1860-1936). Nicely sculpted bust of an unknown gentleman in a fine verdigris patina. Signed on side “Massey Rhind”. Rhind came to the U.S. in 1889 from Edinborough, Scotland. He did such busts as Robert Burns, Stephen Girard and Peter Stuyvesant amongst others. SIZE: 24” h x 16” w.
