OUTSTANDING COPPER PRANCING HORSE WEATHERVANE. 19th Century full bodied horse is shown with one leg up in prancing stance. Well contoured body with full shaped tail and head. Mounted on its original rod support. A wonderful verdigris patina over areas of gold gilt. NOTE: This originally came off a Princeton, NJ homestead. The original directionals and rod (which were too heavy to ship) are available from the consignor but are not being sold with this weathervane. SIZE: 25” l x 22” h. CONDITION: Very good.
