19TH CENTURY ARCHITECTURAL WATERCOLOR OF MAINE COTTAGE. A watercolor rendition of 19th or possibly early 20th century Maine cottage or home by the water features a number of figures indoors and in the dooryard, a flag pole on the front lawn flying a banner “Elmwood”, house surrounded by a white picket fence. Framed in an early simple gold frame and nicely detailed. SIZE: 12 3/4” w x 8” h (image only), 19 1/2” w x 13 1/2” h (framed). CONDITION: Watercolor is generally bright and in good condition. The mat on which the watercolor is mounted has water stains; however, the watercolor itself is generally good and has reasonably bright colors. 9-96927 (650-950)
