SMITH & WESSON TRANSITION OLD MODEL 1-1/2 SPUR TRIGGER REVOLVER. Cal. 32RF. Blued finish, 3-1/2” oct ribbed bbl, German silver front sight, unfluted cylinder with bird head frame and 2-pc pearl grips. This is 1 of about 650 transition pieces made up from left over parts in 1869. SN 27890. CONDITION: Good, all matching including the grips. Frame retrains 50-60% blue with a spot of deep pitting on the sideplate. Bbl and cylinder are gray metal color. Grips are fine retaining about 90% original varnish.
