The cover with oval bird on branch inlay with a lined border, nice mahogany veneers and having a shield escutcheon. Key present. Circa 1800. PROVENANCE: From a Bangor, Maine estate. SIZE: 5” h x 5-1/4”w x 5”d. CONDITION: Some repair, 1” of edge bead missing, otherwise very good. 9-72058 (600-900)
