Rare Argy Rousseau pate de verre lamp has molded shade decorated with three open wing butterflies with brick red wings outlined in purple with white spots. Below each butterfly is a mauve flower with green center, all done against a clambroth background. Shade rests on a three-footed iron base with textured finish. Signed on the side of the shade “G. Argy Rousseau”. SIZE: 5-1/4″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with one support arm for socket needing to be resoldered. 5-65923 (10,000-15,000)
