*GRIFFIN & HOWE CUSTOM BOLT ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 30-06. Built on a Remington 1903 Springfield action with a 24” tapered round bbl, marked on the top with makers name and address and number “2380”. The left side of the receiver is mounted with a double lever G& H mount containing a Hensoldt DIATAL-D 4X scope. The bolt body, follower and rails have been very nicely jeweled. The bolt knob is checkered. It is mounted in a very nicely grained typical G & H stock with ebony foreend tip, left hand shadow Monte Carlo cheek piece, 13-1/2” over a Niedner steel buttplate and has sling swivel studs. SN 3163902. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Retains virtually all its beautiful custom G & H finish to both metal and wood. Crisp optics. Brilliant shiny bore. 4-49379 JR175 (1,500-2,500)
