RARE COLT PATERSON CAP DISPENSER. SN: 128, matching on the case and lid. Marked “COLT PATENT / PATENT ARMS MAN G CO PATERSON; N; J.” around a rampant Colt above a Paterson-type long gun and two crossed pistols of the same type but with huge grips. The latch for the lid is a push-button attached to the dispenser spring. CONDITION: Feed nozzle is slightly bent. Lid has a dark patina with some light spots. Back is scratched with some initials. Clock spring that powers the feed is broken. 4-52966 FS86 (3,000-5,000)
