UNSIGNED (19th Century) “CHARLESTOWN HARBOR 1839”. Watercolor harbor scene shows several tall ships moored in tranquil harbor. A village with houses and church is seen nestled at edge of hills with large snow covered peaked mountains in background. The original backboard with engraved title in board is mounted on the back of the replacement frame. Housed in a molded birds-eye maple wood frame with linen matte and double gold liners.
