OUTSTANDING STATE OF MAINE CLASSICAL GRAIN PAINTED DOUBLE DECK TOP CHEST. Mahogany drawer fronts having clear Sandwich glass knobs. Front with three quarter turned posts resting on high turned legs. Stepped double top fitted with four drawers and holding a decorative carved and grain painted backsplash. Case is red and black mahogany grain painting. First half of the 19th Century.
