INTERESTING AND RARE BLOWN CASE GLASS MEMORIAL. Last half of 19th Century. Piece is composed of a large 9-1/2” dia. case glass disc with white milk glass interior and clear glass casing. A decoupage wreath made of paper cutouts frames a printed portrait of a young gentleman with in the glass. A small card at top states “My Love and Thoughts are ever Thine”. This disc is attached to a bell shaped clear glass pedestal. This piece has descended in the family and this is believed to be a Mr. Niederlander from Ohio. SIZE: 15” h.
