ANTONIO CIRINO (American, 1889-1983) “THE TRUDGER”. Oil on board scene shows a man and his dog walking along a dirt road in a village scene. As evening approaches the sky has turned a light pink with areas of blue and the shadows are cast from the buildings. An exhibit label from the Providence Art Club affixed to reverse. Signed lower left “A Cirino”. Housed in a gilt molded wood replacement frame. SIZE: 8” x 10”. CONDITION: Very good. 9-73372 (2,000-3,000)
