DAUM CAMEO BOWL. Outstanding Daum bowl has cameo decoration of leaves, stems and berries throughout the interior of the bowl. Cameo decoration is done in mottled green and amber glass that inparts subtle fall coloring and looks almost as if it were enameled. The heavy clear glass background is acid textured and the back of the vase is a wonderful mottled red shading to orange and yellow. The thick, clear glass between the cameo decoration and the mottled background gives an outstanding deep three-dimensional look to the bowl. Signed in cameo “Daum Nancy” with the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 7-1/2″ sq. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with a teeny tiny fleabite to one edge. 5-66019 (1,500-2,000)
