EARLY SILVER HUNTER CASE ENGRAVED PATRIOTIC WATCH. This large early hunter case pocket watch with front nicely engraved with portrait of General George Washington. The back lid engraved with a spread-winged flying eagle with early star and banner in its beak having a liberty cap on the top of the flagpole. The inner silver back lid with hallmark “IS” in an oval “#24737”. The dust cover marked Jules Bouhguin Geneva. The key wind watch missing hand and with unmarked dial. SIZE: Approximately 2-1/2” in diameter. CONDITION: Engraving worn, watch does not work. No key. 9-29470 (750-1250)
