RESTORED WHEEL LOCK MILITARY PISTOL. Cal .60. 17-5/8” part oct bbl. The rear of the French style lock has a faint shield shaped mark. The stock, trigger guard, ramrod and grip plate are restored, other parts are original. The grip plate is scratched with the initials “RHD” underneath and the end of the stock is signed in pencil “R H DAUBENPECK”. The new work has been aged to match the original parts. CONDITION: All metal is a gray brown patina with light to moderate pitting, heavier on bbl and ramrod pipes than on the other parts, but still an nice appearing pistol. 4-49839 FS88 (2,000-3,000)
