FABULOUS CARVED SPREAD WING EAGLE. Walnut eagle has head facing right, spread wings with nice details. Bird is perched on a half round ball. Mounted to a turned plinth that is supported by three carved ivory paw feet. Mid 19th Century. SIZE: Eagle is 8-1/2” h x 10” w. CONDITION: A very old repair to wing, otherwise very good. 9-26912 (2000-4000)
