*WINCHESTER MODEL 06 IDEAL PUMP RIFLE. Cal. 22. SN 543962. Special order little rifle with 20” rnd bbl, standard open sights, 7/8 magazine with nickeled receiver and frame. It has gum wood stocks with fluted forearm and semi-pistol grip stock with Winchester embossed hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Fine to very fine. Bbl and magazine tube retain about 95% thinning original blue with a couple of spots of light surface rust near the muzzle. Receiver, upper & lower tangs and trigger guard retain 92-93% original nickel-plating with the areas of loss a light patina. Remaining nickel has fine, pinpoint pimpling. Stock has a couple of hairlines on the right wrist; otherwise the wood is sound with usual light handling and use marks and some dings near the buttplate. Forearm retains traces of original finish and the butt stock 80-85% original finish. Mechanics are fine, strong bright bore with some light orange peel pitting. 4-52883 JR 381 (750-1,250)
