WAVE CREST WALL PLAQUE. Rare Wave Crest wall plaque features an exceptional painting of a maiden wearing a flowing gown of pink and white with a pink rose in her hair leaning against a fence post. Behind the maiden is a tree with three hearts carved into the tree with the initials “CH”, “CM” and “VE”, one in each heart. The border of the plaque is trimmed in blue and is framed with gold gilt. The entire plaque is mounted in an oval wooden case with glass front and rose colored brushed velour accents the back of the case. SIZE: Overall length of the plaque is 15” x 8-1/2” w. Case is 22” x 20”. CONDITION: Minor repair to the gilt frame, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-71229 (7,000-9,000)
