Watercolor with tempera scene shows Boston Public Gardens with the bronze statue by Leonard Craske in foreground at the edge of a pool area. There are several figures on a manicured lawn with trees and gardens. Signed center bottom, also titled and dated “1943”. Housed in what appears to be its original gilt frame with off white matte. SIZE: Sight: 20″ x 25-1/2″. CONDITION: Very good, inside of glass has spots of dirt. 9-92744 (4,000-6,000)
