WATERS MODEL 1836 FLINTLOCK MARTIAL PISTOL. Cal .54. 8-1/2” round bbl. “EV” and “M.P.L.” cartouches on the flat of the stock. The parts of the lock have various assembly numbers. The hammer is replica. Bbl appears to be original but has not been x-rayed. NSN. CONDITION: Bbl has been cleaned but some pitting remains. The other metal has an even gray patina with areas of light pitting and surface rust. Stock is sharp with good inspector marks. This would be a very attractive pistol with correct hammer. Mechanics are good. 4-49680 X63 (1,500-2,500)
