VERY SMALL, VERY DECORATIVE CARTRIDGE/MONEY BELT WITH SLIM JIM HOLSTER. Belt is unmarked, 30″ long x 2-3/4″ wide with sewn & riveted billets and a 6″ tongue. It is fine leather lined, sewn on both edges with rolled decorations. Tongue billet is marked “932/44”. It has thirty-one 44/45 caliber sewn on loops & a rectangular nickeled iron buckle. Holster is left hand for a 7-1/2″ sgl action, made of fine russet brown leather with foliate & floral carved front & stamped edge decorations with open toe. Rear edge & top have very fine buckskin fringe with a blue leather rosette & small silver button. Belt loop is held by three harness rivets. CONDITION: Belt is fine & supple with some drying & crackling on tongue, shows light to moderate soil. Holster retains 85-90% strong orig finish with some drying & wear near toe & by trigger guard. There is a small hole from front sight & some loose stitching at back of toe & lost fringe at toe. An unusual configured holster. 4-57616 JR572 (1,500-2,500)
