Point of land on right side has tall lighthouse and left side has tree covered beach area with long wharf? Signed lower left with conjoined initials “AT Bricher”. Housed in its original frame and wide white matte, which has discolored. SIZE: 9-1/2” x 20-3/4”. CONDITION: Light foxing line at mid-point, extends through matte and into image.
