FOLK ART HOOKED RUG WITH EAGLE AND DATED 1933. The white outlined black eagle written “N.R.A. 1933 US”. N.R.A. in this case stands for the National Recovery Act which Roosevelt enacted in 1933. A striped three color border with purple inner triangles having yellow slashes. Presently mounted on wood stretcher. SIZE: 31” x 41-1/2”.
